My Airtel prepaid number was disconnected without informing me.....
Hello All,
I was using an airtel prepaid ********99 more than one month, suddenly on 1—June-2012 they have disconnected my number.
When I called Airtel customer care to get the information they disconnected my phone because they don’t speak (Know)English & Hindi.
They want me to speak in tamil, they disconnected by phone 5 times because of the same reason.
How could any person get the help from the customer care?
Then I took the help of local persons to communicate my issue to AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE, then he said my SIM is corrupted and need to take a new Sim but the when I went to airtel outlet , got the information that they have blocked my number permanently.
How could any company disconnect the number permanently without informing the consumer?
I need support in re-activating my Sim Back.
