Karbonn Mobiles - Mouth piece of the K330 does not work.

Mouth piece of the K330 does not work. I can hear the other person but the person is not able to hear me.

So tried with the earphones and it is working with the earphones. I live in the Electronic city in phase 2 and Please suggest me where to go to get this issue fixed.
