ICICI Bank Limited - Money Transaction unsuccessful

On 11 nov 2010, I tried to dispense money from the Standard Chartered bank( transaction id no. 8892) but it showed error and money was not dispensed by the ATM to us, and has been deducted from the account. Despite multiple complaints the issue has not been resolved. Below are the related complaint no's

We also asked the bank to show the video clippings in the complaints.
