Dear Sir/Madam
I booked a ticket from travelchacha.com on 24-09-10. It was a return ticket from Chandigarh to Mumbai amount of ticket is Rs. 9596 with Reference no. AONQYA.
Amount was debited from my account and ticket was not issued as they said prices are changed. I told them to refund my money they said that amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
Till day i have not received my refund and i call on their customer care no. daily many times and daily they say that your refund has been processed and you will receive within 48 hours but in reality the refund has never been processed and i never got money credited in my account. It is a fraud company. Please help me to get my money back.
