I have booked a ticket from Katni to Chhapra by train no-12669(Ganga kaveri superfast) for journey on date 25/09/2011.On that day due to some disturbance in Andhra Pradesh Train was diverted and hence not came to Katni station.Since I was book an e-ticket I have filed TDR on 26 sep,2011. But till date I have not get my money returned from railway.

Details of ticket are as follows.

PNR NO- 4332155921 booked on dated- 14/8/11. journey date-25/9/2011.

Hence, I am filing this complain.

Complainant's Goal: To get return my money.
