Hi,

The following order was returned to the company as the size of the product delivered was wrong. I already ingormed them that my courier company has confirmed that they have delivered the order to their address. But they havent yet refunded my mony and states that they havent yet receieved the product.
Please help get my money refunded.
They first delivered the product after 25 days and now not refunding my money.
