ICICI Bank Limited - Money debited from ICICI bank savings account

On 14/03/2013, an amount of Rs 28.09 is debited from ICICI savings bank account 3 times as POSDEC CGHS/27.02.2013. In total, Rs 84.27 is debited from my ICICI savings bank account. I have this account since July 2007. I want my hard earned money bank.
How can you debit the money from customer's account without any information.
Your name is nowadays in news for money luandering. This is the way you cheat customers.
Something is really fishy. I want my money back as soon as possible.
