I had purchased the Verna Fluidic in August 2012 from MODI Hyundai Thane. The check engine light comes often right from September 2012 & my car has visited the service centre atleast 8 times for the fault. Everytime the car is kept in the service station for 3 to 4 days & returned back. But just after few days the same problem appears. I am fed up by the response & very dissapointed by the quality of product Hyundai has provided me. After paying 13 Lacs you dont expect such troubles & service from Hyundai. I have written many times to Hyundai & always the reply is "We shall solve it soon sir". I dont understand if the part is faulty & cannot be repaired it should be replaced immediately without delay. Now 2 days back I faced the same problem & submitted my car at the service station. The service station says the car willl take 4 days more to be repaired. Out of the past 10 months the car has been in the sercice centre for more than a month collectively. ?I am very upset with the way Hyundai has responded to my issue.
