Hello Sir/Madam

This is Sabir Pasha, residing in Bangalore. My cell phone has been pick pocketed by someone while boarding a BMTC Bus at shanthi nagar Bus stop dated 12.05.2014 at 5:15 AM. I caught a suspect immediately and enquired with him, I believe they had a group and someone from the group took the cell phone and ran away immediately. I had taken the person I had caught to the Police Station (Wilson Garden) and the person admitted there that he has not taken the phone but there was another person standing beside him that had taken the mobile & ran away, he also mentioned he will be able to identify the person who stole the phone. I assume he knows the thief and very sure that he is a member of that group. The suspect I caught hails from Dhone (Andhra Pradesh) and I have heard from sources that there exists a notorious gang who steals phones.

When I had taken that boy to the police station at 5:45 am, police officer told that they will investigate the boy and asked me to leave and come back by 10 AM. When I went back by 10 AM that boy was not there in police station and I had been told that they (Police) enquired the boy and they did not get any information also they couldn't force anything as that boy was a minor.

I requested them to lodge an FIR but they refused to do so and lodged only LPT as lost but not theft.
Just to confirm if that boy could be thief or not, next day morning (13.05.2014 at 5 AM) I went to same bus stop and found that boy was there on the same spot, when he saw me he ran away that clearly signifies that he belongs to that group. I can accept that he has not taken cell phone but I am also sure he knows who is having my cell phone right now.
This is my humble request to you people to help me to get my cell phone. This is a new mobile and I spent almost Rs 23000.

I truly trust in the Indian police and judiciary to be able locates my phone.

I really need your help... Please, please, please…!!!
