Sir/Madam,

I am Sanjay Kumar Shaw purchase a mobile phone from the company KARBON N MOBILE PHONES dt-28/ 10/14 at shop M/S-SACHIN COMMUNICATION, 1/4, I.C.BOSE ROAD, HOWRAH- 711101.

My mobile phone dt- 02/072015 with complaint of Receiver problem/Network problem given to the service centre and my mobile phone was that time good or, working condition to the M/S- MOUSUMI MOBILE CARE , 15, DOBSON LANE, HOWRAH-711101.
After 9 days later dt-11/07/2015, service centre replied me to they are not made the mobile phone with the problem arise WATER DAMAGE PHONE and return from the KARBONN MOBILE PHONE COMPANY told to me and after receiving the phone I was shocked my phone was bad condition of BRAKAGE MOBILE FRACIA COVER.

After receiving my phone from service centre, I was asking to the centre please give me written letter from the KARBONN COMPANY with rejection of WATER DAMAGE PHONE but they are denied for given written rejection letter from the company and also the above mentioned service centre owner MISS- MOUSUMI,she was introduce with me as a service centre OWNER she was miss-behaving and argue with me, when I was asking to her please provide me to written letter of yours side or company side my mobile phone WATER DAMAGE OR NOT that sit but they are not given to me of any paper of water damage phone only written manually on the JOB SHEET.
Dear Sir/madam, please support me to as a consumer why harassing a simple consumer of this type of misguide or, misbehavior faced regular with consumers.
