I want to port my mobile number ********41 and when I send in an SMS PORT ********41, I get a constant reply from 1901 stating "You have entered an incorrect code. SMS PORT to 1900 " , even though I have entered them correctly over several 20 times. I tried contacting help and they just cut the phone by stating that they have no help on this.

I would appreciate if this issue is resolved ASAP.

I'm a prepaid customer (********65). One month before I have changed from postpaid to prepaid at that time I have submitted my photos and my documents what ever aksed in Reach Telecom Anna Nagar. After two weeks my number got suspended when i asked to the customer care they're saying that I didn't submit the document. Then once again I submitted the document. Today(24-05-2011) my sim is showing Invalid. For that I asked to customer care many times they're saying I didn't give the proper document then they connected with their superior they're not picking up the call. it's really very worst service. Please resolve this issue and get rectified it becuase I'm using this number for all my transaction. Please do the needful.
