Airtel Andhra Pradesh - MNP Failure from Vodafone to Airtel

My name is Prabhakar and my number is ********92. I had opted for MNP
on 14th November and an executive from Airtel had approached me to
collect the documents on the same day. I had given my Aircel Post Paid
Mobile bill, MTS Post Paid Data card bill, driving licence, Pan card
and a photo. His name is Ali and his contact number is +********5993.
On 19th I recieved a SMS from 1901 telling that the Donor has
validated my MNP request and the porting time will be 22:18. I also
got a SMS from Airtel on the same day telling that the Address
verification has been completed successfully. As per the porting
time, my Vodafone connection got disconnected on 19th Novemeber at
22:18, but the sad part is my Airtel connection was activated when i
checked on 20th morning. I have been contacting the customer care
regularly but every time i am getting new new answers. I also cross
verified from vodafone regarding porting out for which they mentioned
that the porting out was successful.

Its been more than 3 days that i have been ported out of Vodafone but
airtel has failed to provide me connection till time. I have been
contacting the executives on the following numbers but failed to
resolve the issue. Today i called the CC post paid section, they told
the number is under Airtel pre-paid. Really was shocked that Airtel
for a Pre-paid connection carried our address verification. Also when
i called the Airtel prepaid section, they mentioned that the
connection is still showing as Vodafone.

Now its been more than 9 days from the time i applied for MNP and more
than 3 days from the time, my vodafone connection has been ported out.
Because of the negligence of the firm, today i came to know that i
just lost a 2crores worth business as the client could not contact me.
I Thank Airtel for having made my life so pathetic.

I now wish, why did i opt for MNP that to with Airtel. Because of the
mental torture i have been undergoing from 19th November and the loss
in the business, I am mentally disturbed.
I am not able to call emergency numbers, even if i face any emergency.
