I M tag user\'s of Toll Plaza, formarily i was daily commute thr nd was taken monthly plan. In the recent policy of DGSCL have provided only Trip facility in which balance amount of tag Rs-450/- had been lapse due to non-recharge of tag on time. This is happen due to no reminder call or message facility is provided from DGSCL. Whevever my mobile phone is already registered in that facility.
Complainant's Goal: Awareness to people who use this route and liable action against Toll Plaza's
