Dear Sir,
Today I saw on IRCTC Website that 15 seats available in Train No 12591 GKP - YPR Exp but the Reservation Clerk of Gauri Bazar. Which is in deoria district. Told me that the ticket will be in waiting of 20. Then I again take inquiry from irctc.co.in , I got the website was displaying 15 seats available yet.
So , The as result i know that the clerk was telling lie. So I forced to take booking from irctc.co.in. I am giving the pnr no 2********9. Sir kindly do something otherwise any one will not believe on railway counter.
Let me introduce one more thing the railway reservation clerk employee on duty time of morning is not eligible to do any computer work bcz he neither provide railway inquiry nor eligible to renew MST ticket.
sir we are facing problem from past 2 year train still not runing from gonda to nepalgunj roads before it was runing in this route but now till now train has runing or
cancelled or works is going on....so solve the problem sir and what reason for cancelled the train in route try give information from these route
