West Central Railway - misbehaviour of booking clerk

while obtaining 2nd class superfast rly.ticket No.H 13730123 dt.21.03.10 (12.31) for Rs.55 from Gdya to Habibganj, ( Train No.2621) the concerned booking clerk named Mr. Ajay Pal misbehaved this 62 yrs.old citizen by shouting loudly on no reason. This complaint may be kept pending for record & for subsequent action if any other complaint of similar type or otherwise is received against the said booking clerk please.
Complainant's Goal: he should undergo public dealing training programme & be warned in writing.

aap thik kah rahw hain.meee sath bhi aaj ek booking clerk ne same badtamizi ki.man me to aya k ek zordar jhas pila du.nalayako ki ek conductor se zyada aukat nahi he.fir b baat ese karenge jese hame free me ticket de rahe hain.
