Vidya Gram Shisha Trainning College - Misbehaviour in B.ed college in chomu

Sir,
My Wife is in B.ed college in chomu. Her college done missbehave with all girls,
Demand money for rebate in exam, Not provied any faciity like water, Air etc.
Please solve there problem if you are capible for this.
