Dear Concerned,

This is to bring to the notice that Mr. R. Balasubramanium, TC on AC First Class of Train Number 17603 misbehaved with my wife on 28th October 2013 at around 9-15 PM Indian Standard Time and talked to her in abusive language on train today while the train was stationed at Kacheguda Railway Station. We are thankful to Mr. Kristappa Nimmala, M.P of Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh traveling with us on AC First Class for his support. After Mr. Kristappa Nimmala intervened on this issue, Mr. R. Balasubramanium stopped talking in abusive language thereafter.

However, I want justice against misbehavior of Ticket Collector with a Lady Passenger and would like to take this issue forward and even to the court of law.
