Sir,
I'm regular user of IRCTC. I have booked a railway ticket through JANSATABDI EXP, Train no. 12024 from Patna to Jamui on 15th Agust 2011, for the date of journey 16th August 2011 .I got a comform ticket and its details are as follow:-

Transaction ID : 03********,
PNR no: ********55,
Class: 2S,
Seat no: D7/0105

my compaint is in coach D7 of jansatabdi Exp (12024) the seat availablity is from 1 to 103, there is not any provision for more than 103. So how, IRCTC has given me seat no 0105. TTE of D7 coach has told me, what can i do?, its fault of Railway Department, while my name RAJEEV KAMAL and seat no:0105 was printed on Railway Reservation Chart . I was harasing mentaly and physicaly too.
Sir, therefore i want justice and compensation for my mentaly and physicaly harasment.
