I have taken Relocation Service with them on 4th Feb from Bangalore to Vadodara on an individual shipment with an Insurance of 1 lakh rupees. My consignment didn't come in the same vehicle which they committed and also it has been shared with other consignees.

80% of my consignment is damaged and based on my discussion with them as per below email I was supposed to get 30% of the insured amount today but now they have stopped responding me.

I am reaching their customer care Center and there is no proper response from them as well.

I have been in touch with Sekhar, Rahul and lots of other customer care individuals who had committed so many things and never ever fulfilled anything.

I have all the recordings, documentation, to prove what they have done and how they play with customers.
