Hi,
I purchased a new Wagon R - VXI from PEAKS automobiles pvt. ltd. - Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir on 4-Nov-2010. Couple of days back I got a puncture in front driver's side tyre. When we took to the punctured tyre to the mechanic and he tried un mounting from wheel, the big surprised shock that came was that the tyre had a tube and also the there was small rubber piece. When the mechanic further inspected the tyre we found a cut the actual tyre and this piece of tyre was kept there to block anything to puncture the tube. We rushed to the above said maruti authorized dealer, PEAKS automobiles pvt. ltd. - Srinagar and they we not willing to answer. We spoke to the manager but he should no apology and didn't take the tyre and said that they can't do anything.

I have been cheated here and I'm not going to buy the excuses. Please look into this matter asap and find the culprits. This creates a doubt in my mind of doing any further business with maruti and tores the good reputation I had before.
