I purchased Maruti Swift VDI from Narayani Motor vide invoice no VSL08000968 DATED; 17.12.08. Iam also done all my three services till date at Narayani service center by free pick-up & Drop procudure. my service details is as follws...
Pickup by Mr. Deepak Jena of Narayani Motor
(Authorised Maruti Service Centre at Bhubaneswar, Orissa) on dt;27.08.2009 also droped by him on same day.

Unfortunatly today my front tyre is pumptured. when i go to search my toll kit & found that it was already stolen by maruti,narayani motors people then I go for the stepin & found that it was also replaced by an old one. Now I want my toll kit & Original stepin back. Other wise I will bounded by Narayani Motors & Maruti Suzuki India Ltd to lodge a case of 420 & theft case against Maruti & Narayani Motors.
I am ready to flash theses things on Media. Please donot bound me to do these things and take nessecery steps to solve this.
I am waiting for eairly action from Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & Narayani Motors Pvt Ltd.

I support this complaint and faced the similar incident with me.But despiten the request, no action was taken by the dealer(Auto Hi-tech). Moreover,they have given a defective service Book/mannual (3 Chapters are missing) with a malafide intention.
