IRCTC Indian Railways - Malpractice done by IRCTC site

I have booked ticket in Tamilnadu--Delhi Garib Rath. Train.. While booking total 258 seats were available. I have take 1, lower, and 1upper and 1middle birth for side. But while booking its come to me 1 middle and 1 upper. Next days I thought I have done some mistake and try to book 3 seat within same Train this time available set were 116. This time I have click option (book only if one lower seat is provided). Next what happen its taken me to payment gateway and completed formality. After taking payment they have given me message since your have choose option (book only if one lower seat is allocated) Since seat are not available press no to cancel and yes to take another seat.

I have press no still Rs 2500. Is deducted from my account with message I will be return with 7 working days.

Its clearly system cause, when seats are not available then payment should not be done towards passengers.

It’s a clear case of cheating with passengers. I am going to raise this issue are every to customer forum.
