my self sagar I bought a new mahindra bolero sle(TN 05 AQ 5614) from zulekha motors velachery chennai.in the begin of booking a vehicle we face problem tht we ask thm we want white color they said white color not availabe may take to deliver next two months after that they said white availbe we can deliver.after getting the deliver in the next day itself we face a prblm in sensor and getting leak from wind shield.we take the vehicle to service centre.they said this prblm would not occur again. while taking recipt from service centre i was shocked that the vehicle was registerd with other name how its possible to register with other name if i bought a new vehicle from thm. they said this may be entry mistake. they fully promised mee your is nw vehicle tht they guranteed .after some few months same again thn I went to mahindra & mahindra offce in mount road chennai and met mr.bijosh area manager and discussed with him also wht happen from the begin.he said to bring the vehicle to service and spcial team also investiage for 4 days thn they call to take vehicle we refused to take vehicle and said we go to consumer court regarding these issue.thn bijosh called us said our vehicle is perfectly cleared would not repeat the problm.thn we said to bijosh okay what to do if problm again occur he said as we wish.

Above Matter is subject to cheating the customer.important point to be noted how the new vehicle is registerd with other name .please I want justice .please do the need full
