Mahindra and Mahindra - Mahindra KUV 100 - Sri Durga Auto Delhi

Everything was going fine until i gave my KUV 100 K4+ for second servicing at Sri Durga Motors, Rama Road, Delhi. just to save your time i will quickly write points and hope some action:
1. I compliant of cabin lights not working when the doors are opened, 5 months, no solution
2. After servicing i noticed that my car freshner, 2 hand towels and vaccuum cleaner nossle was missing, 7 months, nothing came back
3. My car overheated and stopped, i called a crane service, paid 1500, and send the car to Sri Durga Motors. Sri Durga Motors said that engine oil got mixed with coolant thats why car got heated up, i thank God that i am alive to write this.
4. Interestingly, my car cabin lights are still not working (second time ignored)
5. Moreover, the staff has kept my swiss millitery key ring and returned the key. he said he wanted to keep it safe!! who? from me the owner????

Mr Anand Mahindra, i could not find your E Mail ID or i wanted to write to you directly. Know your staff sir and your dealers. Pay them well so they do not take things from other cars..

And i had also had the privilege of talking to your customer executive (Call Centre), 3 days, no action.. wake up.. and in case you wanted to contact me ********63, ********86, ********54... with pleasure.

I have been facing issue 1st time with Mahindra service center.I am very old customer of Mahindra.I had Mahindra scorpio HP34C 0045.
After that, i bought KUV100 in Month of 24th April at Shimla Automobile Mandi showroom.Due to incident Landslide near Manali My KUV HP33E 1274 Damaged on 13 July,Body shell demmaged.
I did handover on 14th July 2017 at Mandi Service center.As per Service Maneger Mr. Manish Gupta Body shell will take maximum 45 days to reach at Service center,after that we will start work.all documenty formality i did the same day.
Body shell reached at service center on 24th August, when i said that' now start work They said,Rear exel is not available with us,We need to order the same & it will take 1 week more & on 4th,5th sep it will be ready as per commitment. When I called to manager on 4th Sep 2017,he did'nt pick my phone,then i went there i checked still no work on progress my vehicle was there on very bad condition Key was on music system in on mode battery was totally drained.I clicked pic and escalate to Service department senior,he commit me on 13th sep Vehicle will ready.when contact on 14th sep 2017,not got positive response Mr Gupta said it will take 10-12 more days to get ready.
Now i am totally frustrated,Its 2 months gone still getting negitive response.
On Diwali I am planning to buy TUV but now wil not buy.
I never will prefer to someone to buy Mahindra.
Otherwise I am going to take legally action.
Please do needful if possible.
