Indane Gas - LPG Gas Cylinder not received

I am A. Thomas Vibakar. We got the gas connection in my name of Mr. Arputharaj. Our connection number is 45202. We booked for the cylinder on 23rd March 2013. We received the message from the customer care on 27th March 2013 that we will receive cylinder shortly against the booking number 753964, cash memo 24465 generated. But as of now, we didn’t receive cylinder yet. I want to know the status of my booking for the cylinder. Pls let us know the status of our booking and help us to get the cylinder soon.

We received the message from the customer care on 08th March 2013 that we will receive cylinder shortly against the booking number 451464. But as of now, we didn’t receive cylinder yet. I want to know the status of my booking for the cylinder. Pls let us know the status of our booking and help us to get the cylinder soon.
