Dear sir,

I have lost my phone (LG Nexus 4) on December 16th 2013, early morning at 5:30 AM in Shanthinagar Bus stand, Bangalore. I went to my home town during the weekend and just returned and got down from the bus. I was waiting for a bus to reach my home. There was a bus going towards Banashankari and I was about to get into the bus just then somebody snatched the phone. I realized it after I got into the bus. I immediately got off the bus and tried dialing my phone with my other mobile (office phone). I could not trace it. and lodged a complain immediately at wilson garden police station. The in-charge officers at the police station were least bothered to take the complaint. I had to visit the police station twice, same day once and the next day once again to lodge the complaint along with IMEI number. It has been 4 months since then and my mobile is still not traced. Kindly look into the phone theft matter in the whole city very seriously and put an end to this menace.
