Hello sir,

As I was climbing the bus with my friend in yashwanthapur BMTC bus station, my phone was stolen from my pocket. I was about to get down when a person blocked me and as I got down I realized my phone was missing. I hopped on to the bus hoping to find the person who stole it but everyone was feigning ignorance. I asked my friend to give a call to my number and it was switched off. The thief had turned it off by that time. The phone was a SONY C3 (black colour ) and i have all the document of that mobile . I request you to look into this matter seriously as there are a large number of thefts happening especially in BMTC Buses. Please help me to get my mobile back.
