Dear sir ,Today I tried to book two ticket from Bharuch Jn to Nadiad on the Surat Jamnagar Intercity train No(9059) for the dt:15thMay,2010 from IRCTC.The choice of the coach was 2S.As I clicked to pay the amount from my Andhra Bank ATM card no 4********3005677 it deducted the amount of 118.00Rs all the two times and the website hanged on becuse of server problem.This happened two times but my booked ticket history does not show any ticket of such kind.Toatal 236.00 Rs have been deducted from my account.The name of the passengers I tried to book are Nidhi Desai and Jasuben Choksi.
Only the third time effort was successful.So I got 2 nos of 2s tickets at the cost of 357.00 Rs.
Pl. Check into this case and do needful.

Please note that as such any transaction appearing in the "Booking history/Booked Ticket" is only booked and you will be charged for that txn only, other debit, if any, will be refunded automatically to the same account. It will take 3 to 4 working days to credit back into your account.
In future you are requested to use the Refund status Tracking service Provided by the IRCTC. Select the link in the left panel under . on the plan my travel page after you log in to www.irctc.co.in giving your userid and password.
Kindly send us your user id with “www.irctc.co.in†and the date of booking/journey. So, that we can pursue this matter.
