on 29th Nov 2017, i was travelling from to Bangalore by Indigo Airline having PNR number GYD6XC.
When i reached bangalore airport and collected my baggage in damaged condition from my shoe bag was missing .
Checked immediately with the person who were handling the baggage near collected belt and as per him he placed my Shoe bag in some other passenger's bag and he asked me to check with him.
How i i wll know who is that person and finally i lost my bag.
Net i went to lodge a complain the staff saw the condition of bag and told they will investigate it .
Also told they are going to call the each passenger of that flight.
Till 5th day i didn't get any update from Indigo.
On 6th day shockingly got a call from Indigo and they are we did investigate and they didn't find my shoe bag
When shoe bag kept in another passenger bag how you will find my bag inside the airport.
and shocking thing is now they are saying there is no weight difference after on-boarding and de-boarding.
How it could be possible .
