Dear sir,
My name is Phanindra H V.
I'm a BCOM (A&F) student of IGNOU university - distant education.. I have registered to IGNOU bcom course in 2013 and my enrollment number is 135224398.
I have lost my ID card issued by IGNOU upon my registration.
The IGNOU university process is such that I need to register a complaint with police for applying a duplicate I'd card.
Requesting you to kindly acknowledge the same.
I also here by declare that the details mentioned above are true to the best of my knowledge.
I have attached my ignou student course details.
