I Booked my flat in Loadha Group 1st venture in Hyderabad Sanathnagar Enterprises Limited, in 1st 100 customer, I booked only on the promise that I will get possession of my flat in the month of Feb 2012, further they are delaying flat possession various time. Now they are saying they will handover in May 2013. Which is almost 1 & ½ year delay for me.. and there is no compensation from Lodha. They have charged 17K interest on my just one month delay of final disbursement of loan.
I need to do something to get the wavier of Interest charge and also the compensation against such long delay of flat possession. Please advise .. Loadh group staff is not at all customer supportive.
Complainant's Goal: To get compensation-rent for delay in possession & wavier of Interest charged.

It is true. Lodha group proved themselves to be NOT A TRUST WORTHY Group. All the customers should unite and file a case in the Court. Other wise this fellow will make Hyderabadees big fools. He should be taught a lesson.
