Transaction Date :27/09/2012
Amount : 1,061.00
Above Transaction Through my Axis bank credit card
Payment is already Debited in my Axis Bank Credit Card and Transaction Fail, But No Online receipt Generated.
Another Date : 28/09/2012 >> Pay LIC Second Time On LIC Policy No : ********8 >> Receipt Generated.
But,Please Given Guidance Related First Time Debited Amt 1061.00
Already One Month To Communicate Related Diff-Diff Person.
Not Given Positive Reply.

In my case same problem has occured, the site shows double pmt, my bank debited twice, but LIC not returning back the money nor adjusting it against the next quarterly dues. Writing to the Network Center - No response.
