Lenskart.com is one of the worst online shopping website. Because the patient who ordered the spectacles from the website are suffering. This website cheat the customer because, I Order a progressive spectacles from this website the order no:-1201137651 on 10.3.2014 and the amount of the product is 4205.80rs. the company send the progressive spectacles but is was delivered very late. as a Customer I accepted the product. the company have correctly put all the number of eye site but the glass was damaged. So I returned the product back to the company . the company received the product . and the again ordered new product on 25.03.2014 the company took the order. the order no is 1201165384 but the next day the company telephonically orepiled that will not send the product as they don’t have the facility in this way they make the patient suffer. and after also they did not return the amount only credit only point even after 20 to 25 days. the eye patient neither get the spectacles nor the amount on time. the eye patient is suffering without the progressive spectacles

So Please Give The Correct Justice To The Patient And Solve The Problem of Patient…
