I hereby would like to start by registering my strong protest against the way Lenovo has handled my case right from day #1.

I happened to purchase Lenovo Ideapad320 laptop for my official usage wherein I am a medical transcriptionist by profession and I work from home. The problem with my laptop started ever since the second day wherein it was massively hanging and getting stuck even after installing windows 10 genuine version. A week later when I visited the service center in JAYNAGAR, they ran all diagnostics and found nothing sinister but informed me that windows needs to be updated. I came back and started using the machine after updating windows the same problem continued. I contacted the customer support who actually found harddisk problem and replaced it post which I think the problem was rectified but started the say way after slight relief.

This time I visited OLD AIRPORT ROAD, informed the same problem, who did the same exercise, deleted junk files and temporary internet files and informed me that the same is done and will work fine. I came back and started to use the machine yet with same problem. when I spoke customer support again, who aligned an engineer who visited my place for two days again ran the same tests, found nothing sinister, then in consultation with his superior over phone ran additional tests, took snapshots and sent the same to his senior, which time he found some problem, but could not figure out what was actually wrong.

I then spoke to Mr. Raviraj from Lencare who is handling my case who requested that the machine be shifted to their service center where they can run analyze the problem to which though I hesitated at start I agreed. Today I am now told by my Raviraj that the Lenovo has once again done the same exercise and found nothing sinister which to me makes no logic and thereby would return the machine tomorrow afternoon.

I would like to know from Lenovo is this is what you really promise your customers and is this the way you function by adopting low standards. I would like to inform you that I am totally fed up with your system and this has caused me to lose my job.
