The attitude of the workers and management at this workshop is very lackadiascal and mediocre.They do not stick to the time frame given for the repair of vehicle inspite of giving assurance therby leaving the customer to their mercy.There is no transparency in their dealings and they keep on misguiding the customers.They do not attend to the telephone.The workshop manager does not respond to queries and tries to show as if he is doing a favour by attending to the customers.The workmanship is poor and certainly not upto the standards of a LML franchisee.Theyare taking much more work than they can handle,Charging exorbitantly and not giving customer satisfation.This workshop is spoiling the name of LML company.
