I have purchased ZMR on 09 Jan 2011 from Metro Motors (Rithala) and after running only 200kms my bike Switch Assy. got out of order. I have
to pull the bike for about 3 kms to reach my home as it was totally dead, there was no light on console and then i have to struggle with Metro Motors to convince them to pick the bick from my home as earlier they were telling me to bring the bike at the Service Center, which is again 3 kms from my residence. Is this type of Quality Maintenance you are appliying in your products, that on even running only 200 kMs, parts got damaged.Hero Honda has a very good repo in past, but now it very degraded.

Hi Guys... I Have Purchased Hero Honda ZMR on 23-01-2011From Aishwarya Automobiles, Nehru Nagar, Bhilai. I checked the Vehicle & there were some spots on Right side Visor(Paint was not up to the mark) & they didn't had another Bike. So they assured me to take this Bike & they will change the Visor within 20 days, As it was not available in their Spares Stock. So I agreed & took the Bike. Now, nearly 50 Days have passed & I have given my Bike for Servicing on 10-03-11 & asked at their Spares to check whether they have the Visor or Not, & they said they have the Visor. Today I got the call from the Showroom, that the Visor is not available with them & it will arrive within 2-3 months. This is not the way. I have decided that I'll not take the bike back from the showroom, Till they Solve my Problem.
