My name is Raj Dhirta. I bought a Karbonn Titanium S5 from Gurgoan. I was very happy using this mobile, it was working beyond my expectations. I recommended my friends to use Karbonn Products. Unfortunately, one day, it dropped from my hand and broke down. I visited nearby service center on 01/04/2014 at SANKLA TELCOME, Gurgaon, Near IFFOC Chowk, they told me to put a new display and i paid Rs. 4900 for a new display (Now total cost of cellphone is 12000+4900 = 16900 Rs). Now the physical condition is okay, but they told me that there is an internal fault, and they will send it to Karbonn Company, but i did not receive my Cellphone as of yet. I am tired visiting Service center, again and again, but there is no response.

When i contacted via e-mail, they are pasting their same temple for replying the customer again and again...they don't even type the matter, they just paste their formate without listening the problem....Oh! God! they are genius making fool of a person.

When i talked to the customer care on March 2, 2014, they told me they will dispatch my cellphone within 10 days and it is on priority (the cause of delay is part is not available), but when i called back after 10 days, they said, there is no commitment time for returning the cellphone. Again when i called them, another person says it will be dispatched in 7 days. I really don't know (the cause of delay is part is not available). I really don't know what kind of Karbonn Company is, they do not have spare parts of their own products.. Oh! God! Please help me out. I am feeling that I am cheated because 1/4 of time of its warranty period is wasted in service Center. I swear I am not going to buy the Karbonn Products in the future and would not advise my friends and family for the same...
