this i'am listening from last few months , while contacting the numbers given by you, they are all fake numbers coz. no one ever picked or answer the calls , even your authorized service centres contact numbers were never been picked.
Also, today I tried to contact one of your service centre employee through Mr. Asif head of Aakarsh electronics to mr. Hamid at your Auhorised H.O. situated at Chinhat , and he told me that someone named Mr.Rahul katiyaar at delhi H.O had ordered him not repair handsets or handsets will not epaired because they don't have the parts. if this so, kindly issue me new handset for he same.
And don't try to convince me with your fake commitments or saying that handset is repairing is under process. ho much time one handset will take t change its motherboard or plate along with touch screen.
please don't make e angry to say or do something wrong againt you people of karbonn mobiles
