I purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 on 7/May/2013 from Flipkart.com and the phone went dead suddenly on one good day.

I submitted my mobile Karbonn Titanium S5 on 20/July/2013 to the Authorized service center (F-Tech Services) in Pune.

The mobile has been sent to Noida by service center in Pune on 24/July/2013.

My online job sheet number is: KJASPMH180713K9793

Since that day I am chasing the customer care to know what is the problem with my mobile and when will get back my mobile, but no one even cares to pick the call.

my Titanium s 5 plus was given at Shingar cinema Ludhiana centre on 22/07/2014 and I was told to collect the phone after one month.no altgernative phone was made available. Now the phone has been delivered to me but it is not in proper working conditgion portion of sceen is not working properly. Now again I have been told to deposit the phone and it will be rechecked at N Delhi and I have to wait for one more month

Sir I bout Karbonn Titanium S5 mobile from Homeshop 18 on 31st Aug'13 & suddenly after 10 days it have been hang, unwanted voice & touch also not working well, then I go to the Karbonn Mobile service center named Kavyanshi Communication Rathyatra ,Varanasi & they have told to me that still your IMEI no. of this mobile are not registered so after registering then we will repair it, but now no proccedings are there why ? please help

Dear sir, i have purchased karbonn A15 on 05-02-2013, but as on 13-08-2013 my handset was dead. so i have submitted my mobile to our service center and they have send my mobile to delhi service center so i have call to delhi service center for asking a status of my mobile but always they reply to me as "Your mobile is under process" but they never tell me when i will got mobile and nothing more any answer. so i requested to you please help me and give me reply about my mobile. my IMEI/ESN 1: ********0756077 thank, jimit shah.
