Sir, I am a user of Karbonn Mobile hand set model no. K III. My hand set created problem in the month of july 2011. I tryed my level best to solve the problem through the Karbon care namely Cell com, Balangir. The service provider kept the hand set for some days and lastsly denyed as to his innabilities on the ground stated that they are no more in care service. I tryed throught the disstrict along with Subarnapur district and no body could solve the problem. The hand set needs an I C of Music Speaker. and it is not available any where. I ask the company that whether I will be punished for purchasing the Karbon Mobile ? What is the solution of this problem ? Whether the Company will take a pain for solving my problem, for the goodwill of the company or not ? or else please intimate me regarding innabilities for which I shall take shelter under proper court of law.
