Karbonn Mobiles - Karbonn mobile Headphone not working

I have Karbonn K551. I have 2 problems:
1. Mobile becomes hot if I speak for 15 mins.
2. Headphone not working.
My mobile becomes hot in around 15 mins and I find it difficult to keep it near my ears and speak.
The headphone started giving problem after few months. I am able to hear the other persons' speaking, but they dont hear me. The mike alone was not functioning. In Chennai, I enquired in many places, but I could not get the headphone. I approached many retailers like Univercell, they say that Karbonn mobile company does not send headphones separately. I am badly in need of headphone since my mobile becomes hot. Please suggest a place near Parrys or T.Nagar in Chennai where I can get headphone.

I support this complaint. I have the same problem over here. None of the other headsets are supporting with karbonn mobile and i likely to replace my mobile.
