Hi,

I had handedover my Karbonn K10+ mobile for repair due to Keypad issue begining of this month. (Jobsheet : KJASPTN002214K2013) to Deprosys, T Nagar , Chennai on Feb 8, 2014 its more than a month now and the mobile is still under repair.

This is a new phone that was purchase and from day one the Keypad was not working. It has been sent to Karbonn office for repair L4 as per Deprosys.

Can you please help me out in getting the status. Please repair it or replace the hardware urgently.
