I have purchased the K10 karbonn mobile on 23/03/10 it is not worth facing problem of echo the service center in jaynagar not able to resolve the problem.

It is very bad experience after buying karbonn mobile and the delear GIRIAS is not supporting at all.

Complainant's Goal: required replacement or if it is good they repay the money

I have purchased K10 on 21-03-2010.in univercell malleshwaram.after two days battery is gone bad and the dealers they have replaced the battery.now in my mobile camera is not working and headset also gone bad.im un happy with Korbonn Handsets..within two months i have faced all these problems.K10 Is worst model.

I have purchased the K10 karbonn mobile. it is not worth facing problem of echo. and not proper workng network, any where found network faild. and not working gprs any servive provider. customer servece centre unable to solve.

so i request to you plz commet for me

I bought Karbonn K 451 on last october working very nice with out even single problem.And my frnd bought Karbonn K10.It si also working good.I think one of amny mobiles have got that problem.So ur in that list.But customer care problem is right.

I support this complaint.i purchased k-10Karbonn mobile phone that is facing many problems..like echo sound while talking on phone,doubling of voice, speaker sounds very mild,,,very bad experince ...with Karbonn mobiles,,please never purchase it...no service centre's also..
