I purchased Karbonn Titanium S5 on September 19 2013. The handset I received was faulty, after contacting customer care I submitted it to service center on 6/ 10/2013. I didn’t receive any information from them. I even send them a legal notice on 26th of October. It’s almost 45 days that I haven’t received my handset and any information on that.
Karbonn is a pathetic company and their customer service and products are worst. They don’t just believe in money making and never thinks about delivering quality. I recommend everyone not to go for karbonn. It’s a total wastage of money. Now I'm planning to drag them in consumer court and I hope atleast i

I purchased the Karbonn TITANIUM S1 Mobile in the month of November 2013. After using it for around 15 days, My Phone encountered a strange problem, where it APP Store Stopped Working and it was takling Heat whenever i was opereating it.
I contacted your Service Centre and where they checked and submitted my phone stating that there is problem and it can be rectified only at the companies techinequal department. They promised me to collect my phone after 25 days.when asked for my phone after 25 days these guys are saying it will take some more time.. Could you guys now just tell me that when will I get my phone back.
