I have seen a no company worse than Karbonn in providing Service. I Have Purchase A9+(Smart Phone) On 2013-06-30. After One Weak, I Am Facing Rotation Problem.
I gone to their Service Center 3 times . They simply upgrade the software but the problem was not resolved.
Again on 06-08-2013 local Service Center sent to its HO Center . After more than 2 months the mobile has not been retuned back. I have sent them atleast 10 TO 20 mails but every time reply is bear with us, it will take some more time.Also they not give satisfactory reply on phone. Please tell me what I shold do Should I approach to Cosumer Court and what is the prosedure to go to Cosumer Court .

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back Or I want Phone back in proper condition.
