Dear Readers

I Have Purchased Karbonn A9+ Mobile on 28-May-2013 @ 9:00 pm,
The very next day my phone's camera stopped working and its shows error :- camera error : cant connect to the camera,
My phone get HOT even if i used for 2-3 minutes
when i touch the screen there is a red color bottom in Music, Gallery, Times of India apps
My phone's battery down very fast....

I have been to retailer he told me to go service centre
NOW what should i do ?
i do not this hand set, either i want my money back OR new Phone..

Pls help me it would be highly appreciate if any one help me..

I have been to Service Centre, They took my phone and returned me on sunday 9May BUT on monday 10 May, My Phone Again stop working,

Pls help me what should i do,

Hi Wasim sorry to here this.If you purchase through online shopping (flipkart or something else) easily the replacement will happen but if purchase outside retailer ,I guess you don't have any option, only You have to visit service center.If really your product is unrepairable then service center peoples will replace your phone no need to worry.
