BILL NO. 13445RR DATED 17.07.11 FROM CALUTION CORPORATION ( MY MOBLIE ) , SURAT

MODEL NO. KARBONN KW 91060150026509

Above mobile display damaged and i go for repair at service centre VARACCHA , surat and i agree to pay dispaly charge , but after 15 days service centre refund my amount Rs. 500 , he replyed me that phone is not repairable.

Please arrange to repair my mobile display on chargeable basic ( its yet in warranty period ) , other wise i have to go for legal action.

Sir,
my name is shankar ,mera karbon mobile k460 agra service center per hai ,jisme mike or camra problem thi.
jis ke leye un logo ne 7 days ka time deya tha .or aaj 10 din ho gaye hai , jub bhi mai call karta hu to bolte h ki company se abhi parts nahi aaye hai,sir meri aap se req hai ki use jald se jald sahi karaye , m apka abhari rahunga.........
