Respected sir/mam,
I am Maheswar Reddy from Bangalore,I have been using Karbonn mobile phone for last three years.But from the last two months of my use,it started cutting of my account balance of rupees 3 on every alternate days.Initially i thought it is due to network providers like Aircel.So, i contacted the customer care of the respective company’s network,but they refused that the account balance is being not deducted from the mobile network.As it is due to some internal mobile phone problem. When i was giving an call to Customer care of Karbon Mobiles(toll free No:1********60).But any
time its saying Busy and after waiting for some time the call is being disconnected.

I still get the message ” Thanks for choosing Karbonn Moblies.For any further details/help please write to support@karbonnmobiles.com or call 1********60(Toll Free).” and soon after this message rupees 3 is deducted from my account.This message comes from number “54242″.

I am not getting any type of help and i have already lost huge amount of money due to this problem.

So,I request you to look after the matter and ask the company to return my deducted money in last 2 months.I need full compensation of my loss.

For this I will highly thankfull to you.
