Last Month, My company organize party at Jokers Noida & I went there with my staff. The restro & bar, Jokers Noida, Garden Galleria Mall, Sector 38, Noida is the worst restro & bar in Delhi/NCR. I have no words to describe chepness of their staff members include manager. But I've collected many reviews from their Google Places. Here are below you can read many bad reviews about Jokers Noida:

1.) Congested place , Not proper sitting arrangements, Most important food and drink are bad. they have limited options , staff is unprofessional , positive zomato reviews are paid (Gulshan Mishra)

2.) We have ordered north indian food ...Food quality is below average.. Manager is least bothered to take the concern..Service is really bad even they missed one dish we have ordered.... i will not recommend (Ashish Saxena)

3.) Now a days owners don't care about the service. They need hefty amount to organize the party but when it come to service they are least bothered. They allow multiple people to organize the party despite whether they have space or not and secondly even if they can't manage it. To me they even don't how to organize party , you are going in pub and they are serving mocktails and drinks in plastic glass. I would say it's a modern machan not a pub but for that it does not make sense to spend lot of money.

4.) I have given one star which is also on higher side. Their menu is confusing. They give only soup or desert only one veg/non veg curry, one starter, one mocktail for the two persons for the amount you wont believe they should take. They have not made it clear in menu that you need to choose only one of the main course, only one snack or only soup or desert.
Very poor service and very arrogant behaviour of waiter and the manager. Never recommed to go.. (Usha Dham)

5.) Worst restro & bar never seen in Delhi/NCR. Yesterday I went their with my office friends for party and taken some snacks. The food quality is very bad & their staff members was drunked which was used abusive language with us. I recommend never go their for chill. (Rohit Singh)

6.) I visited jokers with my friends, very bad experience there. No verieties of drinks and food. Also staff misbehaves and totally mis management there. zomato also feed false rating and making fool on there app related to this place. Big No for this place, if you are paying amount for your relaxation then choose best place rather than Jokers. Big NO for here. (Pushpendra Singh)

7.) Not a good place for party witg family.. Also food and liquor quality is not authentic.

13.) Extremely poor service. We were there for our team lunch and they left us so so frustrated with their service that it spoiled the complete lunch party. Even people had to leave their seat for getting menu, even after asking for it 3-4 times. A big NO for the place (Uttam Dwivedi)

14.) Despite of booking the table in advance, they didn't give us a table as some private party was going on. If such a case then they should not have confirmed the booking. Very very bad experience , I will avoid the place now (Priya Diwan)

15.) Extremely bakwaas restaurant in every sense!! I visited this place myself before that was ok not great. Very dissappointed with the staff, food and on top the behaviour of the manager...once we did a booking and the manager/ owner don’t know who it was had no sense at all to talk to the customers instead giving us excuses this or that blah blah blah over the phone regarding the booking and also hanging up on us!! And also encouraging us to the negative feedback instead of apologising. Would give them -000 if I had the rating option to do so.
