I took a JEEWAN Dhara Plan from LIC of India Branch No 9 at Kolkata being policy no 410205213 and pension under the plan was to start from November 2002 inspite of submitting all required papers they have not started payment of pension under the Plan and pension under plan has become due for last 9 years inspite of my complaints to IRDA, Cabinet Secretariat Directorate of Public Grievance they are not sending any reply and they are sitting over my policy document also which was sent to them about a month back
Complainant's Goal: I want my due pension alongwith overdue interest
